Avoid, got £20 worth of swizzels rubbish, all had to be binned as unable to open any of them due to being stuck to packets, total waste of money, never again.

Purchased over £60 worth of sweets, was told it would be delivered within 3 - 4 days. Its been 3 weeks now, I've contacted customer service and they can find my order number. Very poor customer care. Essentially I've been scamed. Do not buy from swizzels!

Cannot open the absurdly glued wrapper without scissors. No glaze on the outer part. Size of the lolly has shrunk

Ordered personalised love heart sweets as our wedding favours for our summer wedding. The sweets arrived quickly, with only two stickers missing, but that isn't a big deal as we ordered more than we needed to, so my fiance helped himself to two packs! They have a long expiry date, so was happy to order now. I think it was good value for money, and the stickers were really easy to pop on the sweets. The final product looks lovely and I'm excited to hand them out as one of our wedding favours. The personalistion process was really simple too!

Absolutely fantastic company! Love that I don’t have to spend a small fortune to get free delivery! Will be ordering from them all the time now! Sweets also arrived ridiculously fast too!!!!! Great prices! So impressed!

Lovely lollies, but what a rip off, they’ve shrunk by 50%!! Also, why have the fools glued the plastic wrapping to the stick? Literally impossible to unwrap without scissors. Rubbish!

Oi is this Cadbury's chocolate why was there gooey white substances in my caramel bar. it was rotten do not reccomend

I bought a packet of the Swizzels Squashies that were mangled in production. Sent an email to 'Customer Care' letting them know, obviously they have a production problem. Fobbed off with a code and told to order 'something' from the website (which didn't work) and the amount on the code was so little it required me to CONTRIBUTE more to get an item that wasn't out of season Halloween sweets. I used to enjoy their sweets but will vote with my £ and buy another brand from now on.

Proper old fashioned customer service. I had cause to complain about an item, they were incredibly swift with their personal response, a proper letter, actually signed by a real person and replacements were sent. Over and above my expectations. Other companies could learn from Swizzels. Very impressed, keep up the good work, thank you ☺️
